Job Description
- Receiving & Unloading: Assist in unloading shipments and checking items against manifestos to ensure accuracy.
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently pull orders from inventory using handheld scanners and pack them securely for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Help maintain an organized warehouse by stocking shelves and performing cycle counts.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects before they leave the facility.
- Safety & Maintenance: Keep your workspace clean and follow all safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy is everything—you should have a keen eye for SKU numbers and order details.
- Team Player: A positive attitude and a willingness to help your teammates meet daily deadlines.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are non-negotiable.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using (or learning) warehouse management software and handheld scanners.
