Job Title: Welder & Fabrication Associate
Location: Glastonbury, CT
 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
 Pay Rate: $20–$22 per hour (based on experience)
 Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Welder & Fabrication Associate to join our team in Glastonbury. This position involves welding, fabricating, and assembling metal components according to specifications and quality standards. The role offers steady daytime hours and the opportunity for permanent placement based on performance.
Responsibilities
  • Perform welding and fabrication of metal parts and assemblies
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
  • Operate welding equipment and fabrication tools safely and efficiently
  • Measure, cut, grind, and assemble metal components
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
  • Previous welding and fabrication experience preferred
  • Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to lift and handle materials as required
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
