Job Description

Job Title: Wood Assembly / Fabricator

Job Summary
We are seeking dependable Assemblers/Fabricators to build wooden shipping crates and pallets in a fast-paced production environment. Ideal candidates will have hands-on assembly experience and be comfortable using hand and power tools.

Responsibilities
  • Assemble wooden crates and pallets according to specifications
  • Use nail guns, hammers, drills, and other hand tools safely and efficiently
  • Read measurements and follow basic production instructions
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Meet production and quality standards
Qualifications
  • Previous assembly or production experience required
  • Experience assembling products such as furniture, sheds, TV stands, or similar items preferred
  • Comfortable using nail guns, drills, and hammers
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Steel toe boots required
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
  • Must pass a pre-employment math test, drug screen, and background check
