Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and self-motivated Mold/Dip Room Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining the Majesty wood molding machine, managing the wood inventory, and ensuring the quality of the molding process. This position requires attention to detail, technical proficiency, and adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate Majesty wood molding machine
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and use measuring tools accurately
  • Manage and maintain the wood inventory using a computer database
  • Conduct quality control checks throughout the molding process
  • Maintain and operate the wood preservative dipping process
  • Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures
  • Operate forklift and overhead hoist
  • Be flexible to perform other related duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Self-motivated and self-directed individual
  • Capable of working independently
  • Technical experience with measuring tools and reading drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to train the right candidate without prior experience
  • BG/DT Required
  • Forklift
