General Labor – Job Description 
 
Position Title: General Laborer
Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to support daily operations in a manufacturing/warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will assist with production, material handling, packaging, and maintaining a safe and organized work area.
Responsibilities:
Perform general labor and production tasks as assigned.
Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility.
Package, label, and prepare products for shipment.
Inspect products for quality and report any defects.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Follow company safety procedures and work instructions.
Assist with machine operation and assembly tasks when required.
Support team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
Must be comfortable & efficient working with nail guns, hammers and drills.  
This position consists of assembling shipping crates and pallets.
 
Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
Ability to lift to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and reliability.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
 
Physical Requirements:
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as needed.
Ability to work in varying temperatures, depending on the work environment.
 
Schedule:
 
Full-time
Overtime may be required based on production needs.
1st/2nd/3rd 
Based on experience and shift assignment.
