Job Summary
As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you will play a crucial role in the efficient management of our inbound and outbound shipments. Reporting to our logistics team, you will be responsible for processing purchase orders, coordinating pickups and deliveries, and maintaining accurate inventory records to ensure the timely and accurate fulfillment of all customer orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including verifying order accuracy, preparing shipping documentation, and coordinating with carriers
- Maintain detailed inventory records, ensuring accurate counts and proper storage of all products and components
- Assist with the unloading and loading of delivery trucks, as well as the organization and storage of inventory
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address any shipping-related inquiries or concerns
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the logistics and operations of the business
