Truss and Table Assemblers

 Job Summary:
 We are seeking experienced Truss and Table Assemblers to join our team on a temporary basis. In this role, you will be responsible for the assembly of trusses and tables used in various construction and furniture projects. Your attention to detail and ability to follow instructions will be critical to the success of this position.

 Key Responsibilities:
 - Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to assemble trusses and tables according to specifications
 - Utilize power tools and hand tools to cut, fit, and join components with precision
 - Perform quality checks to ensure all assembled products meet safety and performance standards
 - Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols
 - Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

 Qualifications:
 - 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or construction-related role, with a focus on assembly
 - Proficient in the use of power tools and hand tools
 - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions
 - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
 - Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
 - Forklift certification or experience preferred

 Working Conditions:
 This position will be based in a manufacturing or warehouse environment, with exposure to various construction materials and equipment. Candidates must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a team-oriented setting.

 Compensation and Benefits:
This is a temporary position with a pay rate of $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience.
