• Accurately enter and process customer orders, track order status, and expedite as needed to ensure on-time delivery
• Communicate regularly with existing customers to understand needs and maintain strong relationships
• Support new and existing accounts through proactive outreach and follow-up
• Assist with customer retention and growth through excellent service and relationship management
• Present products effectively, including upselling and cross-selling when appropriate
• Work closely with sales representatives and Regional Sales Managers regarding orders, opportunities, and issues

• Associate degree with 3+ years of customer service or inside sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• Review and analyze existing customer records to determine correct classifications (“sold-to” vs. “ship-to”).
• Examine purchase orders, payer details, shipping documents, and equipment delivery records for accurate party identification.
• Validate and, where required, create new customer entries with correct type assignments in the MDM system.
• Collaborate with the distributed global MDM team to ensure consistent application of classification criteria across regions and languages.
• Maintain detailed records of changes made, documenting rationale and data sources for each update.
• Support communication across language barriers and work effectively with documentation in English, Japanese, Chinese, and Korean.
• Assist with quality assurance checks and audits to verify accuracy of the cleanup process

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Data Analysis, or related field, or 5-8 years of experience in a similar role required
• Prior experience in master data management, data analysis, or data cleansing projects is highly desirable
• Experience with purchase orders, contract documentation, and shipment records in a B2B environment
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Analytical skills in reviewing contracts, purchase orders, and customer documentation

• Set up and operate kettle equipment for food production.
• Accurately add ingredients and follow formulas to ensure product consistency.
